Despite the influx of more modern and 'trendy' designs the venerable GP14 class is still holding its own with a very active association and dedicated fleet who travel in numbers to their events - how many other adult classes can boast a 50 boat regional event? Add to this great strength in depth among the fleet and a recent influx of young blood from the mirror class and it is clear they are going to be around long after some of the current fads have passed.
